Thomas Kempff
Deputy Managing Director
Head of Finance and Contracts
Mr. Kempff holds a degree in Business Administration and has extensive experience in logistics management and sales and key account management. His areas of specialty include commercial calculation, reporting & controlling and SAP key experience for in-house logistic (project implementation).
Presently as Deputy Managing Director and Head of the Financial and Contractual Department at EPOS, Mr. Kempff is responsible for all contractual and financial matters to support business development, project implementation and human resource management. His responsibilities include determining financial risks in bid documents, coordinating cost estimates for proposals and contracts, and financial monitoring throughout project implementation.

Mari Díaz Ansias
Accountant
Ms. Díaz Ansias is a certified accountant/IHK with more than 25 years of experience in various sectors of business. Her qualifications include generally accepted accounting principles and valuation, financial statement, reporting and also personnel accounting. At EPOS, Ms. Díaz Ansias is responsible for the operational day–to-day business. She also assists with annual financial statements and cooperation with auditors.

Stephanie Gerats
Office Administrative Trainee - Finance and Contracts
Within the Finance and Contracts team, Ms. Gerats is an office administrative trainee and will spend three years with EPOS gaining experience among all departments in order to complete her office administrative studies and end certification.

Ute Horn-Lemke
Deputy Managing Director Head of Accounting
Ms. Horn-Lemke, a Certified International Accountant, has more than 25 years experience in financial accounting and management. Presently she is Head of Accounting in the Financial and Contractual Department where she advises on financial matters regarding strategic business development; implements sound financial and contractual management; and ensures regular financial controlling.

Andrea Hahn
Senior Finance and Contracts Manager
Within the Financial and Contractual Department, Ms. Hahn is responsible for financial and administrative backstopping of projects funded by donors such as KfW Development Bank, European Commission, and German Agency for Technical Cooperation GTZ. Her key qualifications include project administration; accounting systems and policies; budget controlling and monitoring; negotiating international contracts; claim management; analysis and reporting. As a trained quadrilingual commercial assistant, she has more than 10 years experience in legal, contractual, and financial project management with specific regional experience in Turkey, Serbia and China.

Silvia Langer
Senior Finance and Contracts Manager
Ms. Langer is an experienced management accountant with extensive hands-on experience as a Financial, Contractual and Project Controller. She has strong skills and experience in commercial accounting systems and was trained in Business Administration and Merchandising. Presently she is responsible for determining financial risks in bid documents, coordinating cost estimates for proposals and contracts, and financial monitoring throughout project implementation.

Ernst Rausch
Senior Finance and Contracts Manager
Mr. Rausch is an Agricultural Economist with more than 26 years working experience, covering all aspects of financial management and business administration. Presently, as Senior Financial and Contractual Manager, he is responsible for guiding strategic financial project development as well advising on project implementation and human resource management.
His areas of specialty include personnel management; legal and contractual management; logistical coordination; and financial management.

Catharina Rappold
Accountant
Within the Financial and Contractual Department, Ms. Rappold assists in financial and administrative backstopping of projects funded by donors such as KfW Development Bank, European Commission, and German Agency for Technical Cooperation GTZ. In addition she is responsible for the day-to-day business in the accounting department.

Naresh Shakya
Finance and Contracts Manager
Mr. Shakya holds a Master in Business Administration and has extensive experience in project management, product management, financial planning and international sales and marketing both profit and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining EPOS, Mr. Shakya worked in Nepal as a business development and sales manager in the tourism industry and as a freelance consultant identifying global market access for small producer groups. In Germany, he worked previously for several years as an international business operations administrator for Panasonic Marketing Europe.
