Ms. Horn-Lemke is a certified International Accountant with more than 25 years experience in financial accounting and management. As Deputy Managing Director, Ms. Horn-Lemke is working with EPOS Management in establishing the EPOS regional office structure. She is responsible for the financial controlling, legal framework and tax affairs of the EPOS offices worldwide. Ms. Horn-Lemke also manages the reporting and financial controlling of EPOS within the GOPA Group.

 

Thomas Kempff

Deputy Managing Director

Head of Finance and Contracts 

Mr. Kempff holds a degree in Business Administration and has extensive experience in logistics management and sales and key account management. His areas of specialty include commercial calculation, reporting & controlling and SAP key experience for in-house logistic (project implementation).

 

Presently as Deputy Managing Director and Head of the Financial and Contractual Department at EPOS, Mr. Kempff is responsible for all contractual and financial matters to support business development, project implementation and human resource management. His responsibilities include determining financial risks in bid documents, coordinating cost estimates for proposals and contracts, and financial monitoring throughout project implementation.

 

 

Patrick Krause

Deputy Managing Director
Head of Health Policy and Financing

 

Mr. Krause is a Senior Project Manager and Consultant with 12 years experience working for NGOs, bilateral development agencies and private consulting firms. He holds a Masters in Sociology and Development Studies and is specialised in the areas of social security, health care financing mechanisms and health systems management. Presently, Mr. Krause heads the Area of Health Policy and Financing. He is responsible for the implementation of strategic objectives including project acquisition and business development, project management, short-term assignments to provide technical expertise and backstopping, and the development of product areas. His previous experience includes Team Leader positions in Turkey and Russia for EU funded projects with central and provincial health care authorities, research institutes and NGOs.
